Anxiety can be exhausting and totally consume your thoughts. The cycle may disrupt your day-to-day or in some cases be so crippling that nothing feels doable. Thus then leading to worrying about worrying. There are different kinds: Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD), Social Anxiety, Panic Attacks and many more. Each can be triggered by different things but the commonalities include things like: physical symptoms of heart racing, excessive sweating, shaking/trembling, stuttering or nausea. Thoughts can be effected too from racing thoughts to catastrophising. Living with anxiety can hold you back from doing things as well as making experiences difficult, so much so that you leave in the end anyway. Both again feeding that rumination and analysing of everything and every conversation leading to a catalogue of self judgements.
